- 1 large Red Chilli
- 24 Skinned King Prawns
- 12 Cherry Tomatoes

- Leaves Lettuce

- Grated Zest of 2 Lime
- 2 tsp Caster Sugar

Mix the dressing ingredients in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
