Prepare the Chicken
Heat ghee in a large pot and sauté onions until golden brown. Add garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute.
Ensure the onions are well caramelized for better flavor.Cook the Chicken
Add chicken pieces to the pot, followed by mandi spice mix and salt. Cook until chicken is browned.
Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.Add Water
Pour in the water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
Skim off any foam that forms on the surface.Prepare the Rice
