- 1 Chinese Cabbage
- 4 finely sliced Spring Onions
- Handful Coriander

- Juice of 1 Lime
- 2 tsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 chopped Garlic Clove
- 1 tbs Fish Sauce
