  • 1 chopped Shallots
  • 1 Celery
  • 1 clove peeled crushed Garlic
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1 cup Feta
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

    In a pan heat the oil medium to high heat, with a tablespoon of olive oil
