In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and mix until combined. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.

Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan and smooth the top. Bake in a preheated oven at 325°F (163°C) for about 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
